HSG^® LIFETIME WARRANTY

HSG, LLC (HSG), warrants to the original owner that its products are fully warranted and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover products that were purchased from unauthorized sellers as HSG is unable to track the authenticity and ensure the quality of the products sold by companies who are not authorized dealers of HSG.  Therefore, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from HSG or a HSG authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. In the event damage is not covered under warranty, with your approval, we will repair or replace the product for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from State to State.

For warranty evaluation, please reach out to the customer service team at sales@highspeedgear.com. Your product must be returned directly to HSG Warranty Claims, PO Box 940, Swansboro, NC 28584. All shipping must be pre-paid by the customer and insured. HSG is not liable for lost in-bound packages. All products accepted for evaluation or repair must be clean.
