Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from High Speed Gear for any reason, return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Products must include the tags and be in the condition you received them direct from High Speed Gear. Gear returned in any other condition or purchased from any other source will not be accepted.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Email returns@highspeedgear.com requesting an RMA# please include your full name, order number, reason for your return/exchange, and the item(s) and quantities of the items you want to return
  2. Once you receive your RMA#, write your RMA# on outside of your package (packages without an RMA# will not be accepted)
  3. Include a copy of your invoice with the contents of your package
  4. Insure the package for your protection as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit
  5. Send your return to:

  6. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will process your return and place your new order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  7. After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.
