Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from High Speed Gear for any reason, return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Products must include the tags and be in the condition you received them direct from High Speed Gear. Gear returned in any other condition or purchased from any other source will not be accepted.

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Email returns@highspeedgear.com requesting an RMA#. Please include your full name, order number, reason for your return, and the item(s) and quantities of the items you want to return.
  2. Once you receive your RMA#, write your RMA# on outside of your package (packages without an RMA# will not be accepted).
  3. Include a copy of your invoice with the contents of your package.
  4. All Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the package for your protection as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  5. Send your return to:

  6. After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

*If your order is not returned within the 30 day return window of receiving your gear, the order may be refunded in the form of a store credit on your account.*  

Custom items to include Loop Lined Belts, Nexbelts that have been cut, belts larger than 48” may not be returned. 

Exchanges:

High Speed Gear offers a 30-Day Exchange Policy. If a particular product does not fit your needs, it can be exchanged using a store credit that will be applied to your online account once your exchanged item is received so that you may place your new order directly on the website. 

* Please note that the exchange/return policy is deemed void in the case of any modification, alteration, or abuse of the product. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item(s) being mailed to High Speed Gear arrive within 30 days of receiving your initial order. Items that are not returned within this 30-day period, the RMA# will be null and void and no refund/exchange will be granted. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on all RMA products.
