Returns & Exchanges
Customer is required to make contact with HSGI for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending any item/s back. If package is sent back to HSGI without an RA#, is it very possible that, that item will be returned back to sender. Once an RA# is acquired from HSGI, it should be BOLDLY written on the outside of the package. Inside the package, please clearly state the reason for the return, contact information, and a copy of the invoice. HSGI's policy is not to retain any customer's Credit Card information due to security issues. For refunds or credits, HSGI may have to contact to re-obtain that CC# info. We accept returns as long as the item is in as-new condition, with all parts of items still attached, for up to 30 days from date of shipment. Any missing parts may disqualify the customer the full or part of the refund. Refunds are for the original amount, less any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend insuring your return package for the original purchase amount, and using some sort of delivery-confirmation service. We are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Gear that has been used, is dirty, missing parts, etc., will not be accepted for returns. Custom-ordered gear, such as belts in special sizes or other items not normally stocked, are not returnable. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will work with you and the manufacturer to help make it right.
Please be beware of the existence of counterfeit products. If you see a questionable item anywhere online or in stores that you are not sure of its authenticity, please contact HSGI. Authentic HSGI gear is only sold by HSGI or our authorized dealers. These counterfeit copies of HSGI Gear do use HSGI's name, photos and text. These counterfeit products have been known to fail soon after purchase and are not covered under Warranty.
